These are some additional photos from my days in New York City. For some reason, probably going back to my days taking photography classes in college, I usually prefer portraits in black and white and landscapes in color. The streets are New York City are so amazing, I really do wish I had dedicated more time to walking around certain neighborhoods.

I recently spent a few days in NYC primarily walking around the East Village, Alphabet City, and Lower East Side neighborhoods, and riding the subway, as one does. During this time, I captured these black and white candid portraits.

I had the opportunity to travel to Austin, Texas, to attend two of the three days of Fun Fun Fun Fest. I only ended up taking a few photos – I spent the rest of the time enjoying the music.
